The basis for valuation of shares is determination of their value as a financial instrument that can yield a profit to its owner. Among the main ways of generation of profit are receipt of dividends and increase in value of shares, associated with improvement of a company financial performance, expansion of its business and increase in value of its assets.

What needs to be done for appraising?
To conduct valuation you need to:
- Submit documents to our Company office or send it to us by e-mail (link to the e-mail address)
- Conclude a valuation contract
- Provide access to an appraisal object for inspection by our Company expert
- Receive a report on the appraisal object
What documents are needed for valuation of shares?
- Certificate of registration of a legal entity;
- Charter and shareholder register;
- Company organizational chart;
- Company profile (history of development, production capacity, product range);
- Company development plans (business plan, financial plans);
- Industry development problems, main competitors, description of strengths and weaknesses;
- Financial statements for the last five years;
- Interpretation of items: revenue (by type of activity) and net cost (by cost items);
- Interpretation of balance sheet items: fixed assets: year of registration, initial and residual book value, amount of depreciation per month, date of last revaluation; list of intangible assets, short-term and long-term financial investments, incomplete construction (including the date of commissioning, initial and residual values);
- Accounts receivable (a list of the largest debtors with the size of the debt, the date of formation and breakdown by maturity. Bad debts.) Accounts receivable (list of major debtors specifying the amount of indebtedness, date of the debt creation and breakdown by overdue time period. Bad debts.);
- Documents confirming the title for all items of immovable property. Copies of technical passports. Copies of property deeds;
- Detailed description of equipment;
- Copies of certificates of registration of intangible assets (trademarks, etc.);
- Documents establishing the title and documents confirming the right to use (ownership) of the land plot. Cadastral plans. Certificate of the land tax amount;
- Information about subsidiaries. Annual balance sheets and profit statements of the companies in which the business shares in profit;
- Current lease agreements specifying the amount of rental payments;
- List of major suppliers and buyers, indicating the share of each in the total volume;
- Certificate of the Company's securities registrar. Prospectus of issue of securities;
- Certificate of stock exchange on the Company's equity transactions;
- Copy of certificate of state registration of securities.
